Refund Policy

Payment can be made upon purchase from the website or via credit account agreement. Payment is required no later than 30 days after to the course start date in instances outside purchasing upfront. Payment can be by cheque, credit card, debit card or bank transfer. In the case of a late booking arrangements can be made.

TTA will charge interest at the rate of 8% per day for late payments.       

Payment by purchase order can be arranged. All terms and conditions remain unchanged.

TTA assumes that anyone accessing an account or making a payment on behalf of the customer has the authority to do so and as such is liable for any breach of the terms and conditions.

Notification of pricing errors will be made in writing and you will be offered the option to cancel your order. If we have already processed your order and judged the pricing error to be easily recognised by you, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment you have made.

Upon confirmation we will raise an invoice, payment is expected within 30 days of the date of the invoice outside purchasing up front.
